Cool and free fonts from Dirt2
Today at our Friday Fonts, we invite you to download and play with a few fonts from Dirt2. Below is a small selection from their free fonts collection - feel free to browse, install and buy a licence if you use them for commercial purposes. Enjoy!
Aristotle Punk
A grunge avant garde style font. Features halftone pattern, flipped lettering, matching accents and fully destroyed alphabet. Great for rock, ska, punk, emo, and hardcore band logos that want a bid of a classical modern twist without too much “destroyed” lettering.
Wild Africa
The entire uppercase is the adventure style lettering, the entire lowercase is the clipart and dingbats for the font. The clipart includes animals, warriors, art, women and some other odds and ends. I can’t say for sure if the clipart is even respectable to the African culture or if it just looks like some idiot American’s rendition but if you don’t like them then I suggest sticking to the actual font. I don’t know a whole lot about the tribes, art, culture, symbols etc. I do know that it’s unique, it contains alot of pattern and they have some of the coolest masks in the world so if you have any interest in foreign art maybe now’s a good time to research some of the African Art.
Ganix Apec
I was trying to be trendy and modern with this san-serif font, unfortunetly I went in the wrong direction because after I was near completion I found several fonts that looked very similar to it. I was dissapointed but that’s what happens when you think inside the box and keep things basic. I used illustrator to create it and turned the snap-to-grid option on, this was the first time I used a grid to create a font. It has it’s advantages and disadvantages..
Katy Berry
A Katy Perry Inspired font with full alphabet, numbers, and some punctuation. Free for personal use. If you have any suggestions or want to report any spacing errors/font bugs please feel free to contact me or write a comment. Font is in no way affiliated with Katy Perry or Capitol Music.

Angelic War
A fancy serif font font with lots of lines, artistic elegance and love. Shown in the preview is the less than and the greater than symbol before and after the font’s name to create those extra elegant lines. In the zip there are two different font files, One is supposed to work on the Mac system (otf). If neither work on Mac please let me know.
