"Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and raised on Kodachrome, I learned the pleasure of both camera and subject at the young age of ten when I took his first trip out of town on a family vacation. Over the years I learned the beauty of photography and the people and places that would surround me.

I have worked on extensive photographic projects in over 25 countries. I am on my fourth passport and the map is barelymarked. I have been shot at, arrested, charged by elephants, tear gassed, walked amongst the ruins of Ground Zero, spat on by a humpback whale,had dinner with Desmond Tutu, crashed in a hot air balloon, robbed at knifepoint and has only had to wear a suit twice. He has photographed the Pope, the Queen, and Jennifer Aniston all in one week – the same week that I had to don a tie.

My work has appeared in numerous publications including: The Globe and Mail, MacLeans Magazine, Getty Images, Newsweek, The South China Morning Post, Time Magazine, Outpost Magazine, Lonely Planet Images, Explore Magazine, The LA Times, The Toronto Star, and Photo Life Magazine. My work is represented by First Light Images in Toronto.

With a passion for a great story and window seat nearby, I am always looking for the next assignment. I am available for any unique story telling events, editorial, weddings and photography workshops. "
